| These views are of West Midlands Travel in the first seven years after de-regulation in October 1986. At the time the new Company was finding its feet in the new operating environment. This included extending the operating area to such places as Redditch and Hereford as well as using first generation minibuses. Since privatisation in the mid 1990’s the Company now know as Travel West Midlands has gone from strength to strength though it now largely concentrates operation within the old West Midland County area. |
